Zesty Key Lime Bars

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.

Press mixture evenly into a greased 9×9-inch baking pan.

Bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool slightly.

Make the Filling:

In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.

Bake the Bars:

Pour the filling over the prepared crust.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15–20 minutes, or until filling is set but slightly jiggly in the center.

Cool and Serve:

Let bars cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Cut into squares and optionally dust with powdered sugar or top with whipped cream.
