Watermelon Ice Cream: Refreshing, Creamy, and Fruity

1. Prepare the Watermelon

Blend watermelon cubes in a blender until smooth.

Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove excess pulp if desired for a silky texture.

2. Mix the Base

In a bowl, whisk together watermelon puree, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, lime juice, and a pinch of salt until smooth.

3. Chill the Mixture

Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour to ensure it’s well-chilled.

4. Freeze

Using an ice cream maker: Pour mixture into the ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer instructions until thick and creamy.

Without an ice cream maker: Pour into a freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze. Stir every 30 minutes for 2–3 hours to prevent ice crystals and create a creamy texture.

5. Serve

Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy immediately, or freeze for an additional 1–2 hours for firmer ice cream.
