Boil 2 cups of water.
Place the dried herbs in a teapot or heatproof mug.
Pour the boiling water over the herbs and cover.
Steep for 5–10 minutes.
Strain the tea into a cup.
Add honey or lemon if desired.
Drink once daily, preferably in the evening before bed.
