Tender and Juicy Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Prepare Steak: Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper.

Sear Steak: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak cubes in a single layer (do not overcrowd) and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.

Make Garlic Butter Sauce: Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic to the skillet, sautéing until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in fresh herbs if using.

Combine & Coat: Return steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter until well coated and heated through.

Serve: Plate immediately, spooning extra garlic butter over the top. Perfect with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.
