Sweet and Spicy Meatballs: A Perfect Blend of Flavor

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until just combined.

Form the mixture into small, even-sized meatballs (about 1–1.5 inches).

Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

2. Bake the Meatballs

Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly browned.

Remove from the oven and set aside.

3. Prepare the Sauce

In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, sriracha, ketchup, ginger, and garlic.

Heat over medium heat until it begins to simmer, stirring occasionally.

Cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

4. Coat the Meatballs

Add the baked meatballs to the saucepan and gently toss to coat them evenly in the sauce.

Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

5. Serve

Transfer meatballs to a serving dish.

Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.

Serve warm as an appetizer, snack, or alongside rice or noodles for a complete meal.
