Sweet and Savory Honey Garlic Ribs

Prepare the Ribs: Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Drizzle with olive oil and rub evenly.

Bake the Ribs: Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Place ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 2.5–3 hours until tender.

Make the Honey Garlic Sauce: In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes. Simmer over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.

Glaze and Broil: Preheat oven broiler. Brush the sauce generously over the ribs and broil for 3–5 minutes, until caramelized and sticky. Watch closely to prevent burning.

Serve: Slice the ribs between the bones, drizzle with any remaining sauce, and serve hot.
