In a blender, add mango chunks, coconut milk, vanilla ice cream, honey or maple syrup, and cardamom powder if using.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Prepare the Glass:
Drizzle mango puree or syrup around the inside of your glass for a visually appealing dripping effect.
Pour the mango-coconut shake into the glass.
Add the Toppings:
Gently scoop 2–3 balls of vanilla ice cream on top of the shake.
Drizzle more mango puree and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
Garnish & Serve:
Add a slice of fresh mango or a wedge of orange.
Serve immediately with a straw and long spoon.
