Prep the Wings
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt.
Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, and sesame oil until well combined.
Cook the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush half of the sauce over the wings.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through and brushing with remaining sauce, until wings are cooked through and sticky.
Serve
Transfer wings to a plate and garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions if desired. Serve immediately.
