Steak with Haunted Bourbon Garlic Cream Sauce

Season both sides of the steaks with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook steaks to your desired doneness. Remove steaks from the skillet and set aside.

Prepare Bourbon Garlic Cream Sauce
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in bourbon and simmer for 2–3 minutes to cook off the alcohol.

Add Cream & Thicken
Stir in heavy cream and let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes, until it thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine & Serve
Return the steaks to the skillet, spooning the bourbon garlic cream sauce over them. Serve hot with extra sauce drizzled on top.
