Spinach and Cheese Puff Pastry Squares

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix spinach, ricotta, feta, mozzarella, garlic, salt, pepper, and nutmeg until well combined.

Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares (about 3×3 inches).

Spoon a tablespoon of filling into the center of each square. Fold over into triangles (or leave as squares), pressing edges lightly with a fork to seal.

Brush the tops with beaten egg for that golden shine.

Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
