Spicy Tandoori Tilapia Fry

In a bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, tandoori masala, paprika, garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.

Marinate the Fish:

Coat the tilapia fillets evenly with the marinade.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours) to allow flavors to penetrate.

Fry the Tilapia:

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the marinated fillets and fry for 3–4 minutes per side, or until the fish is golden brown and cooked through.

Serve:

Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
