Spicy Salmon Sushi Bake: Sushi Night Made EASY!

Cook sushi rice according to package instructions.

Mix with 2–3 tablespoons rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, and a pinch of salt while warm. Spread evenly in a greased baking dish.

Prepare the Salmon:

Bake or pan-sear salmon fillet until cooked through, about 10–12 minutes at 375°F (190°C).

Flake the salmon and mix with soy sauce and sesame oil. Spread over the rice layer.

Make the Spicy Mayo:

Combine mayonnaise and Sriracha in a small bowl. Adjust spiciness to taste.

Spread evenly over the salmon layer.

Bake the Sushi Casserole:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Bake the assembled dish for 10–12 minutes until the topping is slightly golden and bubbly.

Serve:

Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.

Slice into squares and enjoy with soy sauce, pickled ginger, or wasabi on the side.
