Spicy Parmesan Garlic Chicken Wings

Prep the Wings: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the wings dry with paper towels for extra crispiness.

Season: In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Bake: Place wings on a lined baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy. (For extra crispness, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.)
Alternative methods: Air-fry at 375°F for 25–30 minutes or deep-fry at 350°F for 8–10 minutes.

Make the Sauce: While wings cook, melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese.

Coat the Wings: Toss hot wings in the Parmesan garlic sauce until fully coated. Sprinkle with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
