Place the spiral-cut ham in your slow cooker, cut side down.

In a small bowl, mix apricot preserves, Dijon mustard, and brown sugar until smooth.
Glaze the Ham
Pour the glaze over the ham, making sure it seeps between the slices for maximum flavor.
Cook
Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours, or until heated through and tender.
Optional: Baste the ham with glaze halfway through cooking for extra flavor.
Serve
Remove ham from slow cooker and let rest 10 minutes.
Slice and serve with remaining glaze drizzled on top.
