Savory Stir-Fried Broccoli and Mushrooms

Prepare the Vegetables: Wash and cut broccoli into florets. Slice mushrooms and mince garlic.

Sauté the Garlic: Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds, until fragrant (avoid burning).

Cook the Broccoli: Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until they begin to soften slightly.

Add the Mushrooms: Toss in the mushrooms and cook for 3–4 minutes until tender and releasing moisture.

Season: Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil, and black pepper. Stir-fry for 1 more minute to coat evenly.

Taste & Adjust: Add a pinch of salt if needed.

Serve: Enjoy hot as a side dish or main course with rice.
