Relaxing Infusion of Cinnamon, Laurel, and Chamomile for Stress and Insomnia

Step 1: Boil the Water

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a small saucepan.

Step 2: Add the Herbs

Add cinnamon stick and laurel leaves to the boiling water. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 3: Steep the Chamomile

Turn off the heat and add chamomile flowers. Cover the pot and let the mixture steep for 10 minutes.

Step 4: Strain and Serve
