Prep Ingredients: Wash and cut the broccoli into florets and slice the carrot. Mince the garlic.
Cook the Shrimp: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until pink and just cooked. Remove and set aside.
