Quick Cheesy Potato & Ham Skillet

Grate the potatoes and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean towel or paper towel.

In a large bowl, combine grated potatoes, eggs, diced ham, shredded cheese, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Heat oil or butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Spoon the potato mixture into the skillet, shaping it into a large pancake or several smaller ones.

3️⃣ Fry Until Golden:

Cook 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Adjust heat as needed to prevent burning.
