Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a cupcake tray with paper liners.
Mix Wet Ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Add Dry Ingredients:
Sift in the cake flour, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold into the wet mixture until smooth and free of lumps.
Fill Cupcake Liners:
Pour the batter into the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
Bake:
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool:
Allow cupcakes to cool in the tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before frosting.
