Pecan Pie Balls: Bite-Sized Sweet Perfection

Preheat Oven & Prepare Pecans
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the chopped pecans on a baking sheet and toast for 5–7 minutes until fragrant. Let them cool slightly.

Prepare the Filling
In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir until smooth and well mixed.

Form the Balls
Take a small spoonful of the mixture and shape it into balls (about 1 inch in diameter). Roll each ball in the toasted pecans, pressing gently so the nuts stick.

Bake (Optional)
Place the pecan balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. For a slightly firmer texture, bake for 8–10 minutes. Otherwise, they can be enjoyed as no-bake treats.

Cool & Serve
Allow the balls to cool completely before serving. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
