Parmesan Garlic Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna

Cook Bacon & Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. In the same skillet, cook ground beef and diced onion until beef is browned. Add garlic and Italian seasoning, cooking 1 minute. Drain excess fat.

Make Cheese Sauce: In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute. Slowly add milk, whisking until smooth. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.

Assemble Lasagna: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a 9×13 baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce. Layer noodles, half the beef mixture, dollops of ricotta, a sprinkle of mozzarella and cheddar, and a drizzle of cheese sauce. Repeat layers, finishing with noodles, sauce, and remaining mozzarella and Parmesan. Top with cooked bacon.

Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.

Serve: Let stand 5–10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
