Morning & After-Dinner Super Tea

Ingredients (for 2 cups)

2 cups water

1 clove garlic, crushed

1 small piece of fresh turmeric (about 1 inch), sliced or grated

1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 1 inch), sliced or grated

¼ small onion, sliced thinly

½ teaspoon cinnamon powder (or a small stick)

2–3 dried or fresh guava leaves

Optional: honey or lemon to taste
