Crush the garlic slightly to release its active compounds.

Slice or grate the turmeric and ginger.

Slice the onion thinly.

Boil Water:

In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.

Add Ingredients:

Add garlic, turmeric, ginger, onion, cinnamon, and guava leaves.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10–15 minutes.

Strain and Serve:

Strain the tea into a cup.

Optional: Add honey or a squeeze of lemon if desired.

Drink:
