Moist and Flavorful Burritos

Cook the Beef and Onion:
In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion for 2–3 minutes until translucent. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.

Add Garlic and Seasonings:
Stir in the minced garlic (or garlic tea if using) along with salt, black pepper, chili powder, and cumin. Cook for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.

Moisturize the Filling:
Add 1/2 cup salsa, tomato sauce, or a splash of water to keep the mixture moist. Simmer for 5 minutes to combine flavors.

Assemble the Burritos:
Warm the tortillas slightly in a pan or microwave. Spoon a generous amount of beef mixture onto each tortilla. Top with shredded cheese and any other desired toppings.

Roll and Serve:
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to form burritos. Serve warm with extra salsa or sour cream on the side.
