Return the chicken to the skillet, nestling it into the orzo.
Cover and simmer for 12–15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the orzo is tender.
Step 5 – Finish and Serve:
Remove from heat.
Sprinkle with crumbled feta and chopped fresh parsley.
