Maple Roasted Butternut Squash with Goat Cheese and Fig Glaze

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Squash: Toss the squash cubes with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
