In a microwave-safe bowl, combine shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring until melted and smooth.
Mix in almond flour, baking powder, salt, and egg until a dough forms.
Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll into a circle (about 10–12 inches).
Remove the top parchment and place the crust (on bottom parchment) on a baking tray or pizza stone.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden.
2. Add Toppings
Spread tomato sauce evenly over the crust.
Arrange mozzarella pieces on top.
Drizzle with olive oil.
3. Bake Again
Return to oven for 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Add fresh basil leaves after baking for vibrant flavor and color.
