Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, mash the avocados until smooth. Add eggs, honey, yogurt, and vanilla, and whisk until fully combined.
Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Slowly fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. Fold in any optional add-ins.
Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool & Serve: Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Slice and enjoy!
