Honey Pineapple Salmon – Sweet, Tangy, and Juicy

Prepare the Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, pineapple juice, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.

Cook the Salmon: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 4–5 minutes until lightly browned.

Add the Glaze: Flip the salmon and pour the honey pineapple mixture over the fillets. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 3–4 minutes, spooning the glaze over the salmon to coat evenly.

Finish Cooking: Cook until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. The glaze should thicken slightly.

Serve: Transfer salmon to plates and drizzle remaining glaze from the skillet over the top.
