Honey Garlic Shrimp, Sausage & Broccoli: A Quick and Flavorful Dinner

Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes (if using). Set aside.

Cook the Sausage:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook until lightly browned, about 3–4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Broccoli:
In the same skillet, add broccoli florets and a splash of water. Cover and steam for 3–4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.

Cook the Shrimp:
Add minced garlic to the skillet with broccoli and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add shrimp and season lightly with salt and pepper. Cook until pink and opaque, about 2–3 minutes per side.

Combine and Glaze:
Return the sausage to the skillet. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp, sausage, and broccoli. Toss everything together and cook for another 1–2 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.

Serve:
Serve hot over cooked rice or quinoa. Garnish with chopped parsley or cilantro if desired.
