Roll out your homemade dough on a lightly floured or cornmeal-dusted surface into a rectangle (about 12×16 inches).
Brush the dough lightly with olive oil.
2. Layer the Fillings
Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano evenly over the dough.
Arrange provolone, ham, pepperoni, salami, and mozzarella evenly, leaving about 1 inch of dough around the edges.
3. Roll and Seal
Starting from one long side, carefully roll the dough into a tight log.
Pinch the seams and ends to seal completely.
4. Prepare for Baking
Place the Stromboli seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Beat the egg and brush it over the top of the dough for a shiny, golden finish.
Optional: Sprinkle grated Parmesan or dried basil on top.
5. Bake
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Serve
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
