Slightly crush the black seeds using a mortar and pestle to release natural oils.
Place the crushed seeds into a clean glass jar.
Pour the olive oil over the seeds until fully covered.
Close the jar tightly and place it in a warm, sunny spot for about 2 weeks. Shake gently once a day.
After 2 weeks, strain the oil through a fine strainer or cheesecloth into a clean bottle.
Store in a cool, dark place.
Black Seed Tea
Lightly crush 1 teaspoon of black seeds.
Add seeds to a cup of hot water and steep for 5–10 minutes.
Strain the tea into another cup to remove the seeds.
Optional: Add honey or lemon for taste.
Drink 1 cup daily.
