Hearty Sausage, Egg & Cream Cheese Hashbrown Casserole

Cook the Sausage

In a large skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.

Prepare the Egg Mixture

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Combine Cream Cheese & Sausage

Stir softened cream cheese into the hot sausage until well blended and creamy.

Assemble the Casserole

In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spread the hashbrowns evenly on the bottom.

Layer the sausage–cream cheese mixture on top.

Pour the egg mixture evenly over the casserole.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Bake

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, or until eggs are fully set and cheese is golden and bubbly.
