Ham & Cheese Puff Pastry Sticks

Preheat the Oven: Heat to 200°C (390°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Puff Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Spread sour cream evenly over the surface.

Add Ham and Cheese: Scatter cubed ham and grated cheese evenly on top.

Cut and Shape: Cut the pastry into strips (about 2–3 cm wide). Twist each strip gently and place on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake: Cook for 15–20 minutes, or until golden and puffed.

Serve: Let cool slightly, then serve warm as a snack or appetizer.
