Grilled Lobster Tails with Garlic Herb Butter

Step 1 – Prepare the Lobster Tails

Using kitchen scissors, cut through the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping just before the tail fin.

Gently pull the shell apart and lift the meat slightly, resting it on top of the shell for even cooking and presentation.

Step 2 – Make the Garlic Herb Butter

In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Mix well until fully incorporated.

Step 3 – Preheat the Grill

Heat your grill to medium-high (about 400°F / 200°C).

Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.

Step 4 – Grill the Lobster Tails

Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic herb butter.

Place the lobster tails meat-side down on the grill and cook for 4–5 minutes.

Flip the lobster tails over, brush with more garlic herb butter, and grill for an additional 4–5 minutes or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

Step 5 – Serve

Remove lobster tails from the grill.

Drizzle with any remaining garlic herb butter and garnish with fresh parsley.

Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
