Grilled Hawaiian Teriyaki Burgers: Sweet & Savory Island Bliss

In a bowl, combine ground beef, 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce, salt, and pepper.

Form into 4–6 even patties.

2️⃣ Preheat the Grill:

Heat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.

3️⃣ Grill the Pineapple & Patties:

Place pineapple slices on the grill and cook 2–3 minutes per side until lightly caramelized.

Grill burger patties 4–5 minutes per side (or until desired doneness). Brush with extra teriyaki sauce during the last minute of cooking.

Add cheese slices in the last minute if using.

4️⃣ Assemble the Burgers:

Slice Hawaiian rolls in half and lightly toast on the grill.

Layer lettuce, grilled patty, pineapple slice, and red onion on the bottom half of each roll.

Drizzle with extra teriyaki sauce if desired and top with the roll crown.

5️⃣ Serve:

Serve immediately with chips, fries, or a fresh side salad for a complete tropical meal.
