Grilled Chicken Wraps with Crispy Fries and Dipping Sauce

Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium-high heat.

Grill chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until fully cooked.

Let rest a few minutes, then slice into thin strips.

2. Prepare the Fries:

Heat oil in a deep frying pan.

Fry potato strips until golden and crispy.

Drain on paper towels and season with salt and optional paprika or garlic powder.

3. Assemble the Wraps:

Lay a wrap on a flat surface and spread 1 tbsp of mayonnaise or garlic sauce in the center.

Add lettuce, diced tomato, and sliced cucumber (if using).

Place a portion of grilled chicken strips on top.

Roll the wrap tightly; optionally grill briefly to create grill marks.

4. Make the Dipping Sauce:

Mix ketchup and mayonnaise in a small bowl.

Add hot sauce or chili powder if desired for a spicy kick.

5. Serve:

Serve the chicken wraps with fries and the dipping sauce on the side.
