Grilled Cabbage Wraps – A Healthy, Flavor-Packed Meal

Carefully separate the leaves from the cabbage and rinse.

Trim the thick stem at the base of each leaf so they lay flat.

Grill the Leaves

Brush both sides of the leaves lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat.

Grill each leaf for 2–3 minutes per side until slightly charred and tender.

Assemble the Wraps

Place your choice of protein in the center of a grilled leaf.

Add shredded carrots, bell peppers, red onion, and fresh herbs.

Drizzle with your favorite sauce if desired.

Serve

Fold the sides of the leaf over the filling and roll tightly.

Serve immediately while warm.
