Graham Cracker Toffee: Sweet, Crunchy, and Irresistible

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Arrange Crackers: Lay graham crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Prepare Toffee: In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add brown sugar and stir constantly until the mixture bubbles. Boil for 2 minutes while stirring to ensure it thickens. Remove from heat.

Add Pecans & Vanilla: Stir in chopped pecans and vanilla extract carefully.

Pour Over Crackers: Pour the hot pecan toffee evenly over the graham crackers. Spread with a spatula to coat them thoroughly.

Bake: Place in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes.

Add Chocolate Chips: Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with mini chocolate chips. Allow chocolate to melt slightly, then spread evenly if desired.

Cool & Set: Let the toffee cool on the baking sheet for at least 1 hour, or until firm. Break into pieces and serve.
