Graham Cracker Toffee: Crunchy, Nutty, Chocolatey Delight

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

2. Arrange the Graham Crackers
Place graham crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

3. Make the Pecan Toffee
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the brown sugar and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture bubbles. Boil for 2 minutes to create a rich toffee. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and chopped pecans.

4. Assemble the Toffee Layer
Carefully pour the hot pecan toffee over the graham crackers. Spread evenly with a spatula to cover each cracker.

5. Bake
Place in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes.

6. Add Chocolate
Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle mini chocolate chips over the hot toffee. Let them sit for a few minutes to melt slightly, then spread with a spatula for an even chocolate layer.

7. Cool & Set
Allow the toffee to cool completely on the baking sheet for at least 1 hour or until firm. Break into pieces and serve.
