Glazed Honey Lime Salmon with Pineapple

3 tbsp honey

3 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)

1 tsp lime zest

2 cloves garlic, minced

Pinch of chili flakes or ½ tsp sriracha (optional, for heat)

1 tbsp soy sauce

For the pineapple topping:

1 ½ cups fresh pineapple, cut into small cubes (or canned, drained)

1 small shallot, finely chopped

Handful of cilantro, chopped

½ fresh chili, optional for spice
