Sauté Garlic:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden. Avoid burning the garlic.
Wilt the Spinach:
Add spinach and cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring frequently until wilted. Sprinkle in red pepper flakes if desired.
Combine Pasta and Veggies:
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Splash in reserved pasta water to loosen and coat the noodles. Season with salt and pepper, tossing everything together.
Serve:
Plate the pasta and top with freshly grated Parmesan. Add a squeeze of lemon juice for brightness. Serve immediately.
