Garlic Cauliflower & Mushroom Stir-Fry: Quick and Flavorful

Wash and chop the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Slice the mushrooms and mince the garlic.

Heat the Oil:
In a large skillet or wok, heat the oil over medium-high heat.

Sauté Garlic:
Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant, but not browned.

Cook Cauliflower:
Add cauliflower florets and stir-fry for 5–7 minutes until they start to soften.

Add Mushrooms:
Toss in the sliced mushrooms and continue to stir-fry for another 4–5 minutes, until both vegetables are tender yet crisp.

Season:
Stir in soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the vegetables evenly.

Serve:
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds, if desired.
