Garlic Butter Lobster Stuffed Shells

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente.

Drain and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking.

2. Prepare the Lobster Filling

In a bowl, combine lobster meat, ricotta, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Mix gently until well combined.

3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

Stir in Parmesan cheese and smoked paprika.

Season with salt and pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened.

4. Stuff the Shells

Spoon the lobster mixture into each cooked pasta shell.

Place the stuffed shells in a greased baking dish.

5. Bake

Pour the garlic butter sauce over the stuffed shells.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
