Fluffy Garlic Butter Dinner Rolls

In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Stir and let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.

Make the Dough:
In a large mixing bowl, add the flour and salt. Stir in the yeast mixture, egg, and softened butter. Mix until a soft dough forms.

Knead the Dough:
Knead for about 8–10 minutes by hand (or 5 minutes in a stand mixer) until the dough is smooth and elastic.

First Rise:
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1–1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.

Shape the Rolls:
Punch down the dough and divide it into 12–15 equal pieces. Roll into smooth balls and place on a greased or parchment-lined baking pan.

Second Rise:
Cover and let the rolls rise again for 30–40 minutes until puffy.

Bake:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rolls for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.

Garlic Butter Glaze:
While the rolls bake, melt the butter and stir in minced garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt.

Brush & Serve:
As soon as the rolls come out of the oven, brush them generously with garlic butter. Serve warm.
