Festive Minced Meat and Cheese Pastry

In another pan, melt remaining butter. Sauté onion, pepper, carrot, and mushrooms until tender.

Season with pepper and salt, sprinkle in flour, and cook until slightly thickened.

Prepare the Cheese Filling:

In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, chopped cooked eggs, minced garlic, and dill. Set aside.

Assemble the Pastry:

Roll out the yeast dough on a floured surface.

Spread the meat filling evenly over the dough.

Layer the vegetable mixture on top of the meat.

Add the cheese filling as the top layer.

Fold or roll the dough as desired, sealing edges.

Bake:

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Place the pastry on a greased or lined baking tray.

Bake for 25–35 minutes, or until golden brown.
