Family-Favorite Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prep Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Optional: Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken 1–2 minutes per side for extra flavor.

Mix Topping: In a bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Assemble: Place chicken in a baking dish. Spread the creamy topping evenly over each breast. Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top.

Bake: Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden and bubbly.
