Sauté chicken chunks until golden and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
2️⃣ Stir-Fry the Veggies:
In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Toss in broccoli, bell peppers, and sugar snap peas. Stir-fry 3–5 minutes until crisp-tender.
3️⃣ Add the Sauce:
Pour in soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil.
Add cornstarch slurry, stirring until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the veggies.
4️⃣ Combine with Chicken & Rice:
Return cooked chicken to the skillet and stir to combine.
Add cooked wild rice and toss everything together until well coated.
5️⃣ Serve & Garnish:
Plate the stir-fry hot. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or chili flakes if desired. Enjoy immediately!
