Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
10 oz can Rotel tomatoes
16 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
Instructions:
Cook the ground beef until browned and drain excess fat.
In a saucepan, melt Velveeta over low heat.
Stir in cooked beef and Rotel tomatoes until smooth.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
