Easy Italian Meatball Soup

In a bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, minced garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix gently and form into small 1-inch meatballs.

2. Brown the Meatballs

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.

3. Sauté the Vegetables

In the same pot, add onions, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook for 5 minutes until softened.

4. Build the Soup Base

Add the broth, diced tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle boil.
